AHRSC was established on 19th April 2004 and is being operated by Al-Hijrah Schools Trust. The Governor of Balochistan of the time, Honorable Mr. Owais Ahmed Ghani inaugurated the school. A number of dignitaries from Balochistan were present at the auspicious occasion. Al-Hijrah School and College is affiliated with Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad. The dream of having a charity school had the elements of pulling out children from poverty through education, along with teaching Islamic values and creating a unified “Ummah” by nurturing the positive and benevolent traits of human beings.
