Description

The Science School is a well respected school, has two campuses in Islamabad (H-9 and DHA) and offers classes from 5th Grade until A levels. The Science School offers an advanced science based curriculum, highly qualified teachers, excellent facilities and professional education management. The Science School has limited its classroom size to absolutely 24 students. The Science School is different from other schools in a number of ways. It is the first school of its kind in Pakistan, with a special focus on high standards learning in science, mathematics, engineering and technology. Learning activity is integrated with the social sciences, humanities, and outdoor education. Admission in The Science School starts from class 5, and admissions in other classes are subject to seats availability.

I've only been in this school for a year but I love it! The teachers are very kind and they make sure that the student... understand everything, I love how we do alot of practicals for science , dnt, and ict. They are very interesting. Although there aren't many events often, tho they still hold small functions for many things and also have sports gala once a yearread more

I have learned here and left this school really early because i hated the school. First, they dont have canteen.... Second, they dont take you outside for lunch break. And Third, there is no P. E. period. It has 7 hrs of cruelty. Honestly, the RWP campus is better than this.read more

Only star because of star teacher sir sami. Terrible school experience. No events, no food facilities. Only good thing... about school was the teachers who have left this school due to being overworked and abused. Staff holds serious grudges, not giving priority to low achiever's and giving excessive priority to see high achiever's. If you want your child to come out as a robot, this school is your choice. Most of my friends have suffered serious mental issues due to the overworking nature of this school. I have been in this school for 8 years. It has suffered heavily after my 7th grade and now has no transport facilities as well. All the experienced teachers have either been forced out or have found better opportunities making the education standard very average. Lastly, school provides only o/a level with bio not included in both. If you want your child to have the worst schooling experience, you will find no better school then this.read more

This is a very big school with proper science labs for biology, DnT, physics Computer Science and chemistry,... classrooms, cafeteria with good food, school transport and grounds (cricket, basketball, football, badminton or volleyball) unlike some schools which do not have labs or that big grounds or even school transport. It starts from 5th grade and goes all the way to A/O levels and has 4 sections for each grade= Grey, Green, Blue and Yellow .It is very open with a lot of greenery and is really good with sort of weird but interesting architecture and placement of buildings. It has 2 subjects which are not taught anywhere else like DnT (Design and Technology, a bit like carpentry for engineers, very interesting) and chinese, ( It has a fairly close relationship with china and sometimes chinese ambassadors come and stuff )so it also holds a annual science fair and sometimes trips to CHINA from 7th to 12th grade ,anyone of these grades can go once and it is really interesting and educational. I have made many good friends over here .But now i think i should tell you the side effects of this school, yes it does have ma'am's and sir's but most of them have attitudes and aren't that good and there is a situation with behavior and foul language over here but it is not that much of a big problem, the studies are very tough and i remember my first day was hectic but you can soon get used to it and eventually role with it. Thank god there is no problem with bullying. Many comments are saying that this school is bad and stuff but it is not even as bad as they are saying it is .I am writing this stuff from my own opinion and account of this school ,not on anyone else's. (I am currently in 7th) the entrance exams are a bit difficult, maths, science and english but study hard for them and get good marks in two exams and average on the one and prepare a good small paragraph about yourself because they will do a short interview with you to see if you are the science school material and i do recommend sending your child to this school If they and you want a proper education for them.read more

This school is only great for students from 5-7, would'nt recommend sending them for O-levels as this school doesn't... care about their student's academic future. It will only provide services for their own advantage. Facilities provided aren't that great either.read more
