L’ecole for Advanced Studies

L’ecole for Advanced Studies is a contemporary school that develops happy and healthy individuals who believe in learning and giving back throughout the course of their lives. L’ecole’s values are simple and its vision grand. L’ecole – French for ‘The School’ began in 1998 as the brainchild of the visionary Ms. Raheel Khan. Ms. Khan herself wears multiple hats – she is an educationist, a philanthropist, entrepreneur and a classical singer who believes in pushing boundaries to see how much students can accomplish.

After setting up an A Level system, L’ecole expanded by becoming the first institute in Karachi to offer the University of London International Programme. With many new A Level graduates unable to find the means to study abroad, L’ecole brought the foreign university to the local student. The hugely successful Bachelor of Laws (LLB) programme is still a prominent part of the institute.

After finding sound success in higher education, Ms. Khan wanted to go back to her roots of working with young minds. With the believe that enriching the minds of learners from a younger age would set them up for higher achievement in future years, L’ecole introduced Les Pommes Preschool and Cambridge Primary.

Today, L’ecole offers a complete educational career – from early years through higher education. Our learners are responsible citizens who contribute to our community by and large and these ideals are developed through the programmes offered at L’ecole.
