Cadet College Kohat

Cadet College Kohat is a well known education institution of Pakistan, offers classes from grade 8 to Grade 12. It is situated at the junction of Kohat Rawalpindi Road and National Highway, approximately 8 KM from Kohat city. Cadet College Kohat follows the syllabus laid down by the KP Textbook Board, Peshawar. The medium of instructions is English. The College covers an area of 144 acres with 20 lush green playing-fields, 8 Football, 7 Hockey, 6 Volleyball grounds, 6 Basketball cemented courts, 3 Cricket-pitches, a beautiful sports stadium, 2 Squash Courts, a well equipped indoor Gymnasium, a Swimming Pool, a Riding Club, 2 Recreation Parks, Staff Colony, Shopping Centre, a Utility Store and a Post Office. A beautiful mosque right in the middle of the campus adds to the serenity of the atmosphere. Cadets are accommodated in 7 Houses, each with a capacity of 95 cadets. Every House is being looked after by a House Master, assisted by House Tutor, Military Staff and House Baba. Admission is granted in 8th Class purely on merit on the basis of cumulative results of Written Examination, Interview and Medical Test conducted by the College. Cadet College Kohat (CCK) is under the control and management of Board of Governors (BOG). The Honourable Chief Minister KPK is the Patron-in-Chief and General Officer Commanding 9 Division Kohat is the Chairman of the BOG. The Principal CCK is responsible for College administration.
