We need Montessori Directress to perform the following responsibilities:

• Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children of pre-primary section while they learn in the classroom environment.
• Developing lesson plans, learning exercises, curricula, and methods that fulfill the needs of the individual child.
• Developing and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.
• Decorate and maintain classrooms of your section.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress.
• Supervise and build team with assistant teachers of pre-primary section.
• Ensuring supplies and equipment of classrooms are available and in working condition.
• Updating records/results on the school database.
• Participating in school activities.
• Developing assessments for students.
• Any other related tasks given to you.
