In 1990, EMS school was established with a commitment to offering a complete Montessori environment with fully trained directresses for both 3-6 and 6-9 year olds’ age groups. The School established itself slowly but surely through the years as a place that was committed to excellent education with a strong focus on values. Our small size helped establish the school population as a close-knit family and it is our distinct honor that we have managed to keep this aspect alive thirty years on.
Hundreds of students have passed out of the School having given their IGCSE or SSC certificates since the first batch in year 2000. Our alumni have gone on to represent us in world-renowned colleges and universities, including but not limited to Columbia University, Boston University, London School of Economics, McGill, Purdue, University of California at Berkeley, LUMS, NUST, IBA, GIK, Army Medical College and many others both internationally and within Pakistan. These students have then gone on to work in distinguished organizations or have become entrepreneurs along the way. Many are well connected with their alma mater and many are now clients with their own children enrolled at the School. This in itself is testament to the trust EMS High School builds with its students for life.

I would call this place more of a detention center for children who want to learn and for people who want to work here.... The principal is indeed a very arrogant lady. She is known to blackmail and bully parents, students and teachers. The teachers are replaced multiple times a year. Students have 3-4 different math or English teachers in one year. Teachers are trained to yell at students, the principal threatens and labels students and families. You can often hear her shouting and kicking tables and chairs in the campus. The students are very frustrated and hate going to school. The school itself takes no responsibility of poor academics instead dumps the blame on families and teachers.Academics, teaching methodology and the entire ideology is very obsolete. Students lack technology skills, the school has a very small library, and everything is taught through out dated books. The principal takes teaching ideas from Pinterest. There is a reason this school does not flourish. It makes children hate learning and going to school.read more

I believe this is one of the best school on Islamabad with a lot of focus on character building, extracurricular, art,... Pakistan and Islamic history through plays and much more. Unlike other school, the school spends huge sums on buying stuff for culture week, costumes, accessories art and painting tools etc. They don't ask kids to bring it.read more

We went for admissions, but had a really bad impression. The receptionist was not cooperative and cordial at all and... upon asking about admissions, she just handed over the admission forms. There wasn't a single place for us to sit neither did they allow us to take a tour of the school. I had heard alot about this school, but my visit suggested not a good school at all.read more

A good ethos and very helpful management. Teaches up to Alevel and has decent facilities. Following Edexcel for IGCSE... and ALevels rather than Cambridge, allowing more thought based studies.read more

Very Rude administration. Academic quality is way below average. You will have to wait for weeks just to talk to the... coordinator and that too through the assistant coordinator :). After every term exam, the parents are threatened their children would be expelled without assessing what the school contribution is to improve child's ability. The principal is very harsh and do not want to listen any complaints. The parents and students are scared to complaint about the education quality. The principal seems like a government officer, not accountable to anyone or anything.read more

I studied for almost all my life. I know this school thoroughly and everyone inside it. The principal is harsh and... arrogant. The sports activities and studies are abysmal and outright outrageous. it is not worth your time and i seriously recommend putting your children in any other school for example beacon house or head start. There was even a case of a teacher who hit several students, it got so bad several students had to file a complaint and even then she was only put under investigation and no action was taken against her. I'm very happy i have finally left this horrific school.read more

I'll be honest, my Children study here, and the teachers way teaching is amazing. But there are a few problems like not... many extra-curricular activities...And also a little bit of favouritism which I think is terrible since all children are the same and there shouldn't be a difference.read more

This school is the worst school ever. The teachers are rude and think something of themselves, they keep insulting and... taunting the kids and telling them grades are everything and they wont be able to succeed ever in life. They just want money, even in this pandemic they’re just caring about their pockets not kids health. They can if they want to since it’s a private school but why would they. They’re just selfish and bunch of people who don’t have the sense to run a school. They keep changing the teachers again and again which makes learning so hard for us it gives students depression, anxiety and we think of suicide rather than enjoying going to school. All teachers do is favouritism rather than paying more attention towards the students that are weak in studies and trying to know their problems and helping them by treating them kindly. They shatter our confidence and make us think we are failuresread more

As an alumna, I owe EMS for building my base through the eight years that I was there. They focus not only on education... but also on discipline and values. I’ve learnt a lot from my teachers and remain thankful to this day. Extracurricular activities include after-school clubs and swimming. The school is amongst the top in robotics and spelling bee.read more
