Founded by Captain (Late) Sultan Shakir, Charterhouse Public School (CPS) has been a center of premium excellence since 1987. The value of human dignity is one of the cornerstones of CPS’s operating philosophy. We value long-term relationships – with business partners, parents, students, and our own staff. The School is entirely independent, receiving no grant from the government or any other source, and is managed by a Board of Directors.
CPS started with kindergarten classes with a complete “Montessori Focus” inspired by the teachings of Dr. Maria Montessori, on different stages of children. Over time, the school gradually increased its capacity to offer higher grade levels and finally, in 1993, its first batch of Matric graduated with flying colors. Since 2015, CPS is affiliated with Agha Khan University Board (AKUEB) to provide Cambridge level education in a very competitive fee structure.

I paid a visit to this school yesterday regarding admission fo my 2 daughters. the lady at the reception was calm and... humble and informed us about the school and also made us visit the mont and kg classrooms. i was impressed but what doubted me was strength of students. they have one section for all classes. otherwise i have seen the reviews posted below. very few people had knowledge about this school. i came to know from one of our family members. they had studied kg here during the 90s and were successful in studying at mama parsi. can someone advise??read more
Very good school. Good staff and cooperative. Fees is reasonable and management increase fees 5 or 10 percent every... year which is acceptable. Management is goodread more
Ok I have seen CPS students to be smart curious and knowledgeable as I was one of them. I passed out from this school... and now my children are studying here. I miss Sir Shakir (rest in peace). The school has answered my requirements for a school to not only be child-friendly and dynamic but also one that produces good human beings. It is clearly a much better school than the chains of schools in North Nazimabad. Fees are very reasonable for this area and my personal experience has confirmed my assessment for my children of the school. Proud Charterian!read more
I went to meet Sir Salman because I had problem in paying fees for my 3 children. He is nice guy and educated person.... He suggested an installment plan and I'm happy with it. Other schools just throw students out if you don't pay fees. Thank you sir!!!read more
CPS has excellent kindergarten section. Ms Waqar is an excellent Coordinator who listens and supports parents. My child... is studying in grade 1 and I'm very happy with his progress. Madam Sofia is also very nice and loves all her students. It's a great atmosphere. Fees is very reasonable for what they offer. I recommend!read more
Very good school! My children studied here under the great guidance of late Sir Shakir, Madam Sadaf and Sir Salman (I... think both are Sir Shakir children). My children take pride in calling themselves Charterians. I recommend this school especially their kindergarten section which is modern and fees is reasonable.read more
A very good school providing quality education. The management is professional and unlike other schools, not here to... rip off parents. The fees is reasonable compared to other branded schools. I don't know about the last 3 reviewers (they all look from the same person) who tried to tarnish the reputation of the school maybe they had issue with something and instead of discussing with the school, they misled other people. Anyway, it's a nice family-owned school (Sir Shakir was a great person) and most of our family children went there and now settled abroad with good jobs.read more
